This catalog was published on the occasion of the exhibition The Way of Chopsticks III by Song Dong and Yin Xiuzhen. Although pursuing in dependent careers, the two artists have collaborated on individual works and installations inspired by chopsticks, the fact that two are required to function properly symbolizing their personal and professional relationship. The dual ring binders of “book-object,” one devoted to Song Dong and the other to Yin Xiuzhen, permit simultaneous study of the development of the theme from 2001 to 2011.
